How to Get Started

Step 1: Reach Out

Reach out via text or email, and we’ll guide you through the process. Our team will help you confirm whether you’re covered through insurance or prefer to pay privately.

Once your visit type is confirmed, we’ll send your intake forms and help decide what works best for you: telehealth, office, or in-home care.

Step 2: Personalized Consultation

Your first home visit session is 90 minutes and focused entirely on you and your baby. We’ll take time to understand your feeding goals, sleep patterns, physical recovery, and emotional wellbeing, then create a care plan tailored to your family’s needs.

Step 3: Custom Plan of Care

Every family is unique, and so is our approach. After your visit, you’ll receive a personalized plan whether for feeding, sleep, or postpartum recovery that blends functional nutrition, somatic tools, and practical strategies you can begin right away.

Step 4: Continued Support

Healing and confidence build over time. We offer follow-up visits, virtual check-ins, and extended coaching packages to ensure you feel supported every step of the way from those first weeks through every new stage of motherhood.

Let’s Begin

Whether you’re a first-time parent or expanding your family, we’re here to help you feel nourished, rested, and supported body, mind, and heart.

  • During a consultation, a lactation consultant will assess your breastfeeding technique, your baby’s latch, and any challenges you may be facing. They will provide hands-on guidance, offer personalized recommendations, and work with you to develop a plan that meets your breastfeeding goals.

  • Lactation support is designed to help you navigate the challenges of breastfeeding. Whether you're struggling with latching, milk supply, or simply need advice, a lactation consultant can provide the guidance and support you need to ensure a successful breastfeeding journey.

  • An IBCLC, or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, holds the highest credential in lactation care. While anyone can call themselves a “lactation consultant,” it’s essential to check for IBCLC certification when seeking support to ensure expert care. IBCLCs undergo rigorous training over 2-5+ years, including 90 hours of lactation-specific education, health science courses, and 300-1,000 hours of hands-on clinical experience. They must also maintain and renew their credentials regularly through the IBLCE. IBCLCs play an invaluable role on the healthcare team for breastfeeding families, offering a personalized, expert approach to help you reach your feeding goals.

  • Absolutely! I’ve completed extensive continuing education on tongue ties and the essential support before and after a frenectomy. We also work closely with your baby’s primary care provider, skilled occupational therapists, dentists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.

When it comes to tongue ties, it’s rarely as simple as just a frenectomy—there are many factors involved, and heading straight to a dentist might not be the best first step. If you’re concerned about a possible tongue tie, let’s set up a consultation to help you make informed decisions, ensuring the best long-term outcome for you and your baby.
