IBCLC Lactation Consultant. Functional Nutritionist. Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Gentle Sleep Coach.

In 16 years of maternal and postpartum health, I've sat with thousands of mothers who had done everything right and were still struggling in silence. Because no one had looked at the whole picture.

I built Mother Poppins because every mother deserves a professional who sees beyond the latch — someone who understands that postpartum recovery, infant feeding, sleep, nutrition, and nervous system health are all connected.

Lactation. Nutrition. Sleep.

One story deserves
one coordinated answer.

Breastfeeding struggles, newborn sleep problems, postpartum hormone depletion, low milk supply, exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix; these aren't separate problems. They're one story.

Mother Poppins is Miami's only practice bringing clinical lactation, functional nutrition, and holistic sleep support under one roof.

  • ""I can't recommend Hali enough… She was an absolute lifesaver throughout my breastfeeding journey."

She truly understood the mental challenges that come with motherhood and was always there with helpful advice and encouragement. If you're looking for a lactation consultant who genuinely cares and supports you in every way, Hali is the one.

  • I can't say enough good things about Hali. If you're thinking about scheduling a consultation, do it! It's such a good investment.

She replied right away to my email and sent me all the forms to get started. The client portal that she uses is very user-friendly and convenient. There you can fill out all the forms, schedule your appointment, and make your payment. She takes insurance but unfortunately mine does not cover lactation services. However, the consultation was totally worth it.
From the moment we walked in, Hali was very welcoming. We never felt rushed. She addressed all of my concerns. She measured me for the correct flange sizes and recommended some pump parts that are much more comfortable and efficient than the ones I was using and instructed me on how to use them correctly.
Hali also evaluated my baby and thankfully ruled out any oral ties. She did note that my baby has tension in her jaw and shoulders which affect her ability to feed so she provided us with some exercises to help her relax. My other concern was eczema, for which she recommended a gut test rather than telling me to use a cream - which most providers do as they fail to realize that eczema is gut-related, not purely a skin issue.
After the appointment, Hali sent me my care plan detailing everything, which is very helpful. My only regret is that I didn't go see her sooner as my lactation journey could've definitely been easier.

  • If you are navigating the early months of feeding and need someone in your corner, call Hali. She will show up for you in ways you didn't even know you needed!!

5 stars, without question. I cannot say enough about Hali. Over the past four months, she has been so much more than a lactation consultant. From our very first session, she brought not just expertise but real warmth, creativity, and a genuine investment in both me and my baby. Hali met every single moment of question and concern with a calm, thoughtful solution. She thinks outside the box in a way that sets her apart from anyone else I encountered on this journey. No two challenges got the same cookie-cutter answer. She listened, she observed, she adapted.
What she's given us goes beyond the technical. She supported my baby holistically, caught things others missed, and made me feel like a capable, confident mother even on the days I felt anything but. She is the rare kind of practitioner who makes you feel truly seen.

  • Working with Hali over the past eight months has been one of the most invaluable experiences of my postpartum journey.

I was close to giving up on breastfeeding due to several challenges, but everything changed after meeting with her. Hali completely turned nursing and pumping around for me and my baby, while building my confidence, knowledge, and compassion for myself along the way. She also provided thoughtful guidance and support as we began introducing solids. Hali is incredibly professional, passionate, knowledgeable, and kind. I can’t recommend her highly enough. 10/10!

You're doing everything right.

So why does it still feel like this?

Because nobody has seen the whole picture. Most lactation consultants look at the latch. Most sleep consultants look at the night wakings. Most nutritionists look at the food.

Hali looks at all of it together.

Breastfeeding, sleep, hormones, nutrition, nervous system. One expert. One plan. Under one roof.

You don't need a crisis to come to us. You just need to want more than fine.
