Visit 1 — The Most Important Visit Days 3-5 · First week home
Hali arrives in your first days home — before the questions pile up and before the 3am spirals start. Together you'll assess latch, do a weighted feed, check milk transfer, and build your personalized first-week care plan. This visit sets the foundation for everything that follows.
Visit 2 — Weight Check & Plan Refinement Week 2
Weight gain confirmed. Latch refined. Questions answered. The first two weeks are where most breastfeeding relationships are made or broken — this visit makes sure yours is made.
Visit 3 — Finding Your Rhythm Week 4-6
By now you're starting to find your groove. This visit locks it in — supply regulation, pumping setup, bottle introduction if that's part of your plan, and a care plan updated to reflect where you actually are.
Visit 4 — Your Flex Visit Yours to use whenever you need it most
Weaning prep. Starting solids. A sleep regression that unraveled everything. A hard week when everything you built seems to have fallen apart. Whatever this season brings — this visit is yours. No expiry. No pressure. Just Hali at your door when you need her most.

Poppins Single Visits
One visit. Right at your door.
In most cases breastfeeding challenges benefit from ongoing support and a sustained relationship with your IBCLC. But sometimes one focused, expert visit is exactly what you and your baby need to move forward with confidence.
The single visit is available on a limited basis —for families whose needs can be thoughtfully and fully addressed in a single appointment. Because Hali is committed to care that actually works, all single-visit requests begin with a brief conversation first. This ensures one visit is genuinely the right fit and that you'll leave with everything you need to move forward.
